Soft but the weave look is just a print on the front

The item has been processing but hasn’t left Florida. I contacted the seller and allowed the 24 hour wait time like the automatic reply stated but I have yet to hear anything back. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company that the shipping is slow but I love these prints so I wish this problem was fixed.
Shipping is extremely slow and not what they state. It has been 20 days and my items have yet to be shipped.
