II order this forever ago for part of a Christmas present for my mom. The estimated delivery date was Dec7. Last week, the week before Christmas comes, and I send the seller a message wondering if I could have an update on my order or if it would even still make it for Christmas. It’s now almost Christmas and I still haven’t even heard anything from them. ANY BIT OF HEADS UP WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE!!

Never have received my order. I've emailed the seller several times with no response. Very unhappy customer 😡

Very good quality print on heavy stock paper. Shipped in a rigid rolled container which protected the print so it was in perfect condition. It looks outstanding in the frame I selected. I would recommend this product for anyone thinking of purchasing. Great price. High Quality.

After sending a message to inquire on tracking my order, I received an email CANCELING my order! These (personalized) items had been ordered a month prior for Christmas! Two days left to shop. So disappointing!!!!!!!

Ordered them Nov 27th, still haven't received them yet!! Not a happy customer!!

Updated review: Upon submission of my original review, I was immediately contacted by the seller to make things right. He was professional and genuinely concerned. Since then my pillow covers have arrived.They are made of quality material and are vibrant in color, as reflected in the images online. I would definitely place future orders with this seller. Original review: Ordered these weeks ago, still have not received them. Cant't comment on quality,as I have yet to see them in person. The seller assured me that I will receive them in plenty of time before Christmas. Christmas is in 4 days.

Cant say anything because i have never received them yet. So far very disappointed because has taken so long and no word on why. I am hoping that once i receive them they will be worth the wait

Took much longer than expected to get products. Did not ship by date given to me to ship by. I was not advised there would be a delay. I sent numerous emails and they did not respond to my emails. Finally sent a Facebook message and then they responded. Customer Service should be a priority.

I ordered these on November 29th and the listing said they would be mailed no later than December 13th. When they weren't shipped on the 13th so I emailed the seller. They responded on the 17th and said they would be shipped on the 18th...they were not! They weren't shipped until the 20th and they will now arrive on the 24th. These are Christmas decorations so getting them the day before Christmas is unacceptable!! Stop taking orders if you can't fulfill them.......VERY DISAPPOINTED!
