The colors are just as pretty in person. They are actually bigger than I thought they would be, but the pillow insert I had fit perfect. I gave them as presents and both loved them. Great to give to a Grandmother or Great Aunt to use to decorate during the holidays 😊🎄❤️
I’m re-reviewing these after excellent customer service from this seller. The pillow cases are very pretty and I appreciate the communication and understanding of this seller. I would order from them again!
I had some problems with this order, but the owner explained the issue to me and tried their best to remedy the issue. I very much appreciate the customer service I was given, and the pillow came today and is beautiful.
Refinery Number One has horrible customer service! They will not respond to emails and will get your order wrong! I placed three orders on 12/8/18 and sent several emails and only received an auto reply stating “they need 24 hours to respond”. That’s a lie! You’ll never hear back from them. I ordered state prints for Christmas gifts and they are the wrong states! I concerned the states prints I sent directly to my sister are wrong as well!! Stay away from this seller!!!

Material very shiny & plastic- like. I was expecting a cloth tapestry.
Just disappointed in the long wait for delivery but they are adorable and worth the wait!!!
When I received my order 2 of my bags were missing. When I contacted them, they told me there was a printing error and it would be out later that week. That would have been nice to know prior as well just as a heads up. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I’ve contacted them twice to inquire and heard nothing back. A bummer though, because the ones I got were cute. These were Christmas Gifts so I had to go buy other things :( Horrible communication!
Cute pillow covers for the price but they took a month to receive.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I am so disappointed. I was told that the package would ship on the 9th. I received a message LAST weekend saying they forgot about it and would ship it the next day. I needed this for a birthday on the 17th and have yet to get any response from the company. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your money with this company.
