Arrived with a broken glass panel, and the lettering was not well inked. Blank spots within the letters. Annoyed that so far my email to Jane.com has not been answered in 48 hours as well.
The glass on one side arrived broken. Packaging for shipment needs to be better.
If I could give this product/company negative reviews I would. My lantern arrived with broken glass. The packaging job was minimal to none. I have emailed the company several times about replacing just the glass and have received no reply. I'm very disappointed with everything considering that I read many positive reviews before ordering. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Ordered 2 of these and received both damaged. Tried to contact the company (not Jane), and still have not received a response. Very disappointed! I would not order this item. Poor shipping!

One out of the 3 lanterns I ordered was completely demolished in the mail because the packing job was horrible. And now this company doesn't return e-mails because they don't care that my purchase was destroyed because they don't know how to pack breakables properly. I want my money back!!!!!!!
One side of the glass pane on the lantern was broken when I received it. It was not packaged properly. There was not anything inside or surrounding the lantern to keep it from breaking during the shipping process. I have emailed the seller but they have not responded
cute lantern, great value. i ordered the "brown" print, and the color was actually brown. it looks black in the picture.
Cute but not the best quality
When I received my shipment, not only was one lantern broken, but the other was missing altogether. I still have yet to either get my money back or my 3rd lantern. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
The latern arrived with all the glass broken. It is unusable.
