This is a beautiful lantern, but it is very delicate glass. My sister will love to decorate her house with this personalized charming lantern.

I have not received my items yet that were ordered a month ago!! Not a happy shopper with jane right now.

These both came broken I would really love someone to fix this problem ASAP. I've been waiting on these for a good while now. And was very disappointed that they were both broken. And trying to get in touch with someone is impossible Went to the support page it won't even let you send a message😡😖😤. I need someone to contact me about this matter. Please. Of course no one has contacted me up guess I've just wasted my money

I bought this as a gift for my parents and they LOVED it!

Updated review. American Laser responded shortly after the previous review was written and sent 2 coasters to replace the defective items. Two of the monograms on my order were VERY noticeably not centered. Email American Laser and received no response. Even went thru Jane.com customer support and American Laser still did not respond. Poor customer service!

Turned out beautiful!

Nice, but one of the glass panels arrived broken and I haven't had any response from the seller. I don't want to return the item because it's personalized; have only asked for a replacement glass panel.
