this is my 2nd purchase of one of these, looks great (again) and came early. My friend will love it just like she loves the other one

The back glass pane was shattered.
Item came damaged. Glass was broken. Cheap metal and smaller then appears on picture. It's been a month and I'm still trying to reach seller for a replacement or refund with no reply.
This is one of my all time Favorite purchases from “Jane”. Quality of fabric and printing of this Pillow is A+.
POOR customer service- sent one in the wrong color TWICE & it passed inspection TWICE on my packing slip that clearly state correct colors! On their second attempt to correct this order they sent the names sewn upside down! Really?! Into the trash they went.
I ordered 3 lanterns for Christmas and all 3 were broken when I opened the boxes.
