Would've liked a softer material

Nice lantern but the way they printed the name I requested was very odd. First name and middle name were very large on top line and last name was tiny on the next line.

I was so excited to receive this serving board that we ordered for some friends of ours for Christmas until I opened the package. The wrong initial was put on the serving board. Instead of S it was supposed to be H. I am so disappointed. Honestly, this doesn’t even make sense. Just looking at the names printed, one would think a S just is irrational. To top it all off, I contacted the seller and have not heard anything back about my refund or replacement.
