The names look great but my pillowcase has snags in the fabric. I have contacted the company twice and they have not replied. Bad customer service and low quality product. Disappointed.

Horrible quality of lettering and spacing.

Cover came promptly, but the names were all in lowercase even though I wrote them out with the first letter capitalized. It’s for the grandparents, who are teachers, so I’m sure they’ll notice.
