My lantern came broken with a glass pane cracked. I have tried calling the company, but you are not able to talk directly to anyone through customer service. I have sent two emails, with my order information and photos, and gotten no response in the past 8 days. It was a Christmas present for someone and I was hoping for a replacement, but sadly it's looking as though that's not possible.

The product was great, but I messed up in ordering and when I reached out to the email they provided last week and I still have not gotten a response. I put the wrong year on my order and was hoping to get a replacement ordered but have not been able to get a hold of anyone from the company. Other wise would have given 5 stars!

Love the idea but the quality wasn't great. It had two pretty good scratches down from the engraving. I emailed the company, but never got a response. I hope my husband likes it, but I will never buy from this company again.

The names look great but my pillowcase has snags in the fabric. I have contacted the company twice and they have not replied. Bad customer service and low quality product. Disappointed.

Horrible quality of lettering and spacing.

Cover came promptly, but the names were all in lowercase even though I wrote them out with the first letter capitalized. It’s for the grandparents, who are teachers, so I’m sure they’ll notice.

Really cute but smaller than I thought it would be. Very good quality!
