Love it

Got this for my mom with her 7 grandsons named and she loved it! Great quality!

The only drawback to this pillow is the opening where you insert the pillow is too small, I ended up busting the seam trying to put the pillow in. Its still usable but was just disappointing. Love everything else!

My lantern came broken with a glass pane cracked. I have tried calling the company, but you are not able to talk directly to anyone through customer service. I have sent two emails, with my order information and photos, and gotten no response in the past 8 days. It was a Christmas present for someone and I was hoping for a replacement, but sadly it's looking as though that's not possible.

The product was great, but I messed up in ordering and when I reached out to the email they provided last week and I still have not gotten a response. I put the wrong year on my order and was hoping to get a replacement ordered but have not been able to get a hold of anyone from the company. Other wise would have given 5 stars!

Love the idea but the quality wasn't great. It had two pretty good scratches down from the engraving. I emailed the company, but never got a response. I hope my husband likes it, but I will never buy from this company again.
