I was holding off to leave a review thinking that my issue would be resolved but it hasn’t. I ordered an engraved cutting board and the “2” was missing from the “2022” I love the board but I can not give it as a Christmas gift with the incomplete date. I tried the live chat with no response and have sent 2 emails to try to resolve this but have not received a response. Customer support saying that this is a busy time and emails will be replied to within 24-48 hours. I’m still waiting!

Absolutely gorgeous set!

I do like it, but arrived NOT as ordered. I ordered two. One arrived with correct spelling but different print/design. Second arrived with incorrect spelling. Which was not an error on my part. I went back and looked at the order spelling was correct and my two different choices of print/design. Waiting to hear back from Jane and Qualtry.

It took 3 attempts to finally get the blocks in the colors I had selected almost 2 months later. Don’t order if it is time sensitive.

I thought it was a bit bland. The picture makes it look like it takes up more of the case + I didn’t realize the inserts didn’t come with.

One of the names was misspelled - I sent an email to ask if I made the mistake or if the vendor did - never heard back from them

I’m disappointed. The picture showed the charcoal cover with white writing. I ordered three as Christmas gifts. They just arrived. I have little time to find something else and my covers came as charcoal with black letters. It looks terrible. You can hardly see the names.

No option to leave a comment on the personalized name pillow but not the correct names on the pillow that was meant as a gift😡
