
Personalized Extra-Large Serving Boards
I was holding off to leave a review thinking that my issue would be resolved but it hasn’t. I ordered an engraved cutting board and the “2” was missing from the “2022” I love the board but I can not give it as a Christmas gift with the incomplete date. I tried the live chat with no response and have sent 2 emails to try to resolve this but have not received a response. Customer support saying that this is a busy time and emails will be replied to within 24-48 hours. I’m still waiting!
