First hat was not good quality but the company quickly redid it and sent me a replacement
super cute but wished the monogram was a little bigger
Monogram on the first one I ordered was off center but after contacting the seller, they sent me a replacement it looks great. Product is nice. It is a long wait for this personalized product however.

I’m so impressed with the great customer service I got from them. The initials that I submitted were in the wrong order. I emailed them about fixing it and they told me it was too late. However, they did make it super easy to replace. Great quality too.
