Smaller than I thought it would be but still great quality and durable!!

I received 1 coaster, not 2 not 4 when the add says its for a set. Also, the item I received did not look like the pictures. I will say once I reached out to the company they did refund my money without issue. I did say I would be happy with a replacement to what I ordered but they chose a refund.

Very disappointed in this item. It’s a wedding gift but I’m not comfortable giving it because the engraving is so light—some of it is barely readable. I should have read the reviews, as many of them have the same concern. Strangely, you don’t offer any correction & you give the same answer to every disappointed customer. Sure wish my engraving looked like the photo. I’ve never had an issue like this with before with a product from Jane. It’s a great quality board, just needs a darker stain.

Cute hats! Got them to give as gifts for Christmas and I think they will be we received. Embroidery is very well done. While I did order it during the rush of Christmas, one of the hats still had all of the embroidery paper left on the front. I had to peel all of it off and didn't have the 'right' tool to do so so some of the material of the hat became a bit 'fuzzy'. Not a huge deal, oversight happens!

Does look like the quality I thought it would be for the price.

Ordered 5 of these bags & have received only 1. I have paid over $50 & am not at all pleased. Contacted seller, said they would replace, I highly doubt will receive before Christmas ! Would be aware of this seller!

I love this as a gift. But I’m pretty bummed that instead of the initial I provided for one of the flask I bought, they put the initial of the first name I provided instead.

Good quality. Will make a great gift.

It was too small

The product description was inaccurate and the inscription I wanted and placed with my order was not fulfilled in completion as the seller said the font chosen "did not allow" for it. I love the style but am disappointed in the final product based on the seller's lack of clarity with inscription options.
