Monogram was smaller than they said and the letters were not connected the way they were supposed to be and the seller didn’t reply.
The monogram on the picture shown is not that size that is actually on the hat that I purchased and received. Very disappointed.
The monogram is off center! It drives me completely insane! I contacted the seller to see if she would be willing to change them out but she won’t answer any emails back!

The font size shown is NOT the size font that I received on my hat It was much smaller than what I saw in photos I also emailed the company the day I received it and still no response (aweek later) For what I paid, it should look better
Looks cheaply made
The hat was nice, but the monogram was not what I expected. I was very disappointed with what I received.
The hat seems to be of good quality. However, the monogramming looks strange. Some letters were larger than others and it just doesn't look right.
I asked for a different font and got something that looked too small and horrible font choice.
The colors were not what I wanted.. I don’t feel like the description was accurate on the colors. And the monogram is so small! I emailed as soon as I got them, and haven’t heard back yet. I’m really disappointed because I ordered 3 hats!
The hats are cute, but the monogram is TINY. Not at all what I was expecting, pretty disappointed.
The hat itself was nice but the monogram was TINY, very TINY!! I contacted the seller and they responded very quick and ended up refunding me. I was extremely please with the customer service.
Monogramming was a little small but I love the hat!

Great quality but hat bill was long; I'm pretty petite and it just didn't look right on me. Win some, lose some :)
Hat was a different shade of pink than shown and the monogram was a lot smaller than pictured.
I like the hat, but the monogram looks bigger in the picture than it is on the actual hat.
I was little disappointed that the letters K and L were not as big as the M. Oh well just know not to order from this vendor again
Super cute but the “vine” print is smaller than shown in the pictures.
