I wish I could post pictures to show how badly the product delivered does not look like what was shown. I ordered a slate pillow & they put black lettering on it!! The product shown in purchase clearly shows white lettering as what will be delivered. This looks like total crap and so would like these remade or a refund! Wanted these for a Christmas gift & waited 16 days already since ordering and now it looks nothing like product presented!

I was really excited for these and they haven’t showed. They were supposed to ship a week ago and they still show as processing. I reached out to Jane and they contacted the seller to try to get an update. They have sent two emails now with no response from the seller. I know Jane will make it right and refund me if it doesn’t show but I’m very disappointed I won’t get these in time for Christmas and maybe not at all.

Orders 3 stockings only got 2, tried contacting Jane, that’s a 2 day wait, disappointed, I needed all 3 for Christmas! Order # 74145656. Love the product just frustrated I didn’t get my full order & No one to immediately contact.

I ordered 2 mats. One had marks all over it like someone had attacked it with an ink pen and the other was blurry because the printing was smeared and had red lines going through the design. Not happy!

The beanies were nice and seem to be good quality. The one still had all the extra stitching/pattern they used for embroidery on it so I had to carefully cut that out :/
I received quickly but the zipper was broke on it! I have sent messages and still no word back!!!

The stockings were just what I expected and had really fast delivery.
Very cute..just not very big. I guess that is my fault for not reading the description well enough. Will not work for any gifts that I have for my grandson, so I guess I will put candy in it.
