Order came incorrect. I have called and left numerous voicemails and also emailed. No response. Terrible customer service.

Title is misleading and needs to have the word cover added. The description only gave size and did not say anything about it being just a cover. I thought I was ordering an actual pillow.

Great customer service, however, their shirts run way to small! I normal wear a S or M and had to get an XL. The XL is still a little tight.

This shirt fits very small - i would recommend sizing up a size or two - i am 5’6 and 115 lbs and I couldn’t get the small on - the company qualtry was very accommodating and refunded me for my purchase and made it very easy to do so!
Beautiful colors Material was very soft The shirts ran extremely small. I wear a Medium but in these shirts I should have ordered an XL. Was very disappointed that I had to return them. They are beautiful made, just order up 2 sizes
My daughter loves the hat! A bit thin but very cute!
The product itself is of good quality material. However, the personalization is terribly off center. I purchased this as a gift, but I will not be giving it. I’ve attempted to submit for a return, but I keep getting an error message. I’ve also attempted the chat feature on the app, but there is always a wait and if I step away from my phone I come back to find that the conversation has been closed. I will keep trying, but this is disappointing for sure.
Overall I had a horrible experience with this seller. I placed the order and about a week later received an email stating the t-shirt color I ordered along with half of their other colors were out of stock so I emailed back the new color that I wanted and it still took forever to receive the item. I finally received the item yesterday and pulled it out of the package and it is supposed to be an XL adult t-shirt and there is NO WAY! it is so tiny! It fits my 4'6" 80lb 11 year old daughter. I normally am a size large so I ordered up to an XL and it's more like a children's XL. Just emailed the seller in hopes they will make it right.
Super cute shirt, but was very small. I normally wear a large top. I ordered an XL and had to give it to my friend who wears a small! It fit her perfectly.
