I ordered 2 sets, only 1 of each set showed up. Plus I ordered a decanter and it came with out the lid. I contacted Jane which is not the problem, they helped wonderfully. But these were gifts and I did not receive the remainder of the coasters and the lid several weeks later. Too late for my Christmas party gifts for my boss and coworker.

I am EXTREMELY UPSET about this pillow cover. The picture shows that the lettering would be white, not black. I ordered the dark gray and I DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL, it looks awful!! Definitely get what you pay for in this case. I don’t know if it was due to the way they shipped two in the same flimsy envelope package without anything between them but there are marks all over both items. Not the clean look I hoped for. Did arrive quickly.
