Monograms aren't centered. Had a reprint sent to me and it was even worse. Jane needs to get rid of this vendor.
I still have not received this item on 12/28!!! I do NOT recommend !!!!!
Ordered in December 1st. Was told it shipped on the 14th. It’s now the 29th and I’ve still not received it.
I got pillowcases instead of tote bags. Highly disappointed
This was supposed to ship by Nov. 30th. I understand there are delays, however, it is up to the customer service team to inform the customer of that - not give an automated email and then not follow up. Also, I read other reviews before giving my own and others seem to have the same issue. In addition, the PUBLIC seller responses contain tracking links which give out PRIVATE information. Extremely unprofessional and unsettling.
Very flimsy
Terrible quality of tote. Thin, see through, unraveling
I was thrilled to receive these totes, but after washing them (the tag says you can), I can barely read the print. Beautiful print, but very poor quality.

The name and design were as shown. The bag itself was so thin, not the heavier weight canvas. I gave as a gift but has to buy something else to go with as the bag quality was so poor.

They do not look like the photo really. The bag is larger than I expected and the letter is smaller then it is in the picture. It doesn't really cover as much of the bag as depicted in their photo.
Ordered 3 bags. One was very nice. The other two had poor workmanship with many strings hanging from the stitching on the handles. One was sewn improperly leaving excess material on one handle. I would be embarrassed to give as a gift.
The logo is much smaller on the bag than it appears in the picture.
The initial and name were done well However the quality of the tote is very inferior I don't think it will last very long The girls will have to watch they put in them
Super cute design, but bags are super thin. One of the bags came with a corner unstitched so it has a hole.
was not happy with bags, monogram was nice, but I felt the material, looked and felt very cheap for price I paid.
