I love the way it turned out but the downfall ... it’s a lot smaller than I expected

Almost a month and I still don’t have my order. I sent an email to their customer service and I got no response.

I also ordered a lantern on Nov 8 and it was suppose to ship Nov 23. I still have not received my order. I also sent an email to the seller a couple different times and the have never responded. Very frustrating!

Super cute and high quality. They just messed up my order when I asked to change it but they were easy to work with.

It’s now been a few days until a month since I ordered and I have yet to receive my shipment. Their reply was “we are just busy for the holidays”. Obviously they weren’t prepared. They locked my shipment as being delivered so it couldn’t be refunded. It’s been in delivery “waiting on USPS for weeks”. Very frustrated with this company.

Arrived with perfect monogram and color and quality. However it was too small for my 6 year olds head. And she has a small head. So now it's useless

The bag I received is not the same color as the one advertised. I contacted the seller and they replaced it... however the bag I received the second time is exactly like the first one. Now I have two bags and neither are what I ordered.

I never received this item, and I ordered it back in September so we would have them for Thanksgiving. I contacted the company and they said they would send another set but I never got them. Have reached out again and never heard back. Super disappointed as these were the onesies I wanted my twins to wear for their first thanksgiving.

Don't oder from this company EVER!! I have yet to get my shipment. It shipped on 11. 17, it's 12.2 and nothing! I have gotten ONE update from shipping. It's been in Utah for almost 3 weeks now. What the heck!? I have emailed the seller twice with NO response. Maybe I'll get it by Feb. 2020....maybe. Stay Clear!!!
