Arrived with perfect monogram and color and quality. However it was too small for my 6 year olds head. And she has a small head. So now it's useless

The bag I received is not the same color as the one advertised. I contacted the seller and they replaced it... however the bag I received the second time is exactly like the first one. Now I have two bags and neither are what I ordered.

I never received this item, and I ordered it back in September so we would have them for Thanksgiving. I contacted the company and they said they would send another set but I never got them. Have reached out again and never heard back. Super disappointed as these were the onesies I wanted my twins to wear for their first thanksgiving.

I ordered two lanterns in November 8th. They were supposed to ship November 23rd. It is now December 3rd and I still do not have any lanterns. I have emailed the company and have not had any replies back. Trying to get a refund on my money.

Don't oder from this company EVER!! I have yet to get my shipment. It shipped on 11. 17, it's 12.2 and nothing! I have gotten ONE update from shipping. It's been in Utah for almost 3 weeks now. What the heck!? I have emailed the seller twice with NO response. Maybe I'll get it by Feb. 2020....maybe. Stay Clear!!!

I placed my order on November 13th, and have yet to receive it. I emailed the seller last week and the shipping delay was blamed on “the holiday”.

This is a very cute cutting/cheese board. It came very fast, and was exactly what I was expecting after reading the description. Many of the reviews said the board was smaller than they anticipated. It's hard to tell from the picture how big it will be, but the description gave the dimensions. The sides of the board show that it is some kind of pressed wood, so it's not solid, but I am very pleased with it, especially for the price!

Ordered this item weeks ago and it still says it is being processed. The contact seller link doesn’t appear to be working either. Will someone please contact me regarding this order?
