Still waiting to receive this item... seems like it takes far too long to produce this shirt.

Still haven’t received and no guarantee it will be here before Christmas. Didn’t state the item was on back order.

I still have not received this item, and have not heard from the seller about the status, other than someone from customer service emailing to say shirts from this website because stocks are really low. This email came after I reached out to learn about the status of the shirt. It would be nice to hear from the seller as to why the shirt is still "on it's way to a USPS facility" for the past several weeks.

I didn't realize from the pictures that the "Be Creative" option wasn't weeded where the holes should be in the letters. For example, the "B" is completely filled in. It looks a little silly that way. :/ Otherwise, I like the inside of the set.

Very slow shipping and little communication when asked about package. It said it was shipped on Nov.18 and I just received it today.

This is awesome. Got for a wedding gift.

Arrived wrong. Claimed they couldn’t send another because they were out of stock and issued refund.

8 days past the expected shipping date & my order still hasn’t shipped plus I haven’t heard from the seller. UPDATE: After contacting Jane customer service because I could not get ahold of the seller, the seller finally responded that the item I ordered was out of stock. It’s ridiculous that I was not made aware of this issue & it took me reaching out multiple times + getting Jane customer service involved to figure out what was going on. I would NOT recommend ordering a single thing from this company. Awful customer service.

They ended up having to refund my order. Supper bummed! Ordered Nov 8th with ship date to be by Nov 21. Did not receive any update by Nov 30, but once I reached out they canceled my order

Never received my order. Was told it was lost in the mail and that another would be sent out... that was over a month ago and still haven't received THAT one. Asked for a refund and was told it would show on my bank account in 3-5 bank days...I haven't seen my refund yet. So disappointed.
