This is awesome. Got for a wedding gift.
Arrived wrong. Claimed they couldn’t send another because they were out of stock and issued refund.

8 days past the expected shipping date & my order still hasn’t shipped plus I haven’t heard from the seller. UPDATE: After contacting Jane customer service because I could not get ahold of the seller, the seller finally responded that the item I ordered was out of stock. It’s ridiculous that I was not made aware of this issue & it took me reaching out multiple times + getting Jane customer service involved to figure out what was going on. I would NOT recommend ordering a single thing from this company. Awful customer service.

Came fast and lettering was great
They ended up having to refund my order. Supper bummed! Ordered Nov 8th with ship date to be by Nov 21. Did not receive any update by Nov 30, but once I reached out they canceled my order

Never received my order. Was told it was lost in the mail and that another would be sent out... that was over a month ago and still haven't received THAT one. Asked for a refund and was told it would show on my bank account in 3-5 bank days...I haven't seen my refund yet. So disappointed.

I’d like to leave a better review, but it’s been over a month, and I’ve yet to receive my order. I’ve emailed the company twice, with no response. Buyer beware!

Monogrammed initials were not quality I am used to having.
Never got my product or money back. Has never made it past the “processing” part of my order. Emailed the company over a week ago and no response. Save your money.

Received this item for our Christmas tree and the seam went straight through the name rather than it being on a flat side. There was also a 3 inch whole on the edge. I’ve reached out to the company as well and never received a response. Disappointed because we were so excited to add this to our tree.
