I love it!
When delivered the glass was broken. One side completely busted and another six broken also. I've tried contacting the seller and still no reply. They need to package it better.

Disappointed. Names are soooooo much smaller than they appear in the pics on here!! They look kinda silly on the pillowcase given how small the writing is.

Do not ever buy this item. They sent me two only error that was fixed was they fixed the uncentered circle that they screwed up the first time, and they were suppose to spell out the dam date. I received the second one today date still is not spelled out. Must be incompetent people working for them especially after four emails back and forth with the Company explains the problem, what needed to be fixed, I’m then told I need to wait 4-6 weeks after I received an email earlier stating it would be corrected and sent out I want a full refund it’s in the trash.
We try to make our customers' shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our store to a very high standard. In this case, we clearly fell short. I've forwarded your complaint to the store management team as well as our costumer support team. We will do everything we can to make sure this doesn't happen again.
I ordered two coffee mugs. One in white and one in black with the same names on both. I only got the black one correct, but received another black one with other names on it. Haven't heard back from seller to correct it yet.

The lantern is nice, service and delivery have sucked. I only received half of my order and customer service at Jane is very difficult to get ahold of. They were not able to locate the other half of my order or tell me when it will arrive. I was told the vendor would respond in 48 hours.Very disappointing. I was planning on giving the gifts at the Christmas party, now I have to go shopping again. Will never buy from them again.
