The product did not come out as shown in pick. You can barely ready the engraving. Very disappointed

Purchased 5/20/2020 supposedly shipped 5/28 and it was shipped via a shipping company to then go to USPS who still hasn’t received it, and obviously it will not be here in time for Father’s Day (tomorrow 6/21) as it was advertised. I’m am extremely upset.
We try to make our customers' shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our store to a very high standard. In this case, we clearly fell short. I've forwarded your complaint to the store management team as well as our costumer support team. We will do everything we can to make sure this doesn't happen again.
The hammer it’s self was ok, the print is not in black as pictured. My problem is with the shipping and customer service. This company uses a 3rd party to ship their items to the post office in what I can only assume is an attempt to save money. I ordered this item for Father’s Day and watched it sit in their ‘shipping partners warehouse for almost a month. When I contacted them they tried to blame it on COVID 19 which I called them out on, so then they tried to blame it on the post office even sending me a screen shot of the shipping delay notification on the top of the USPS website. The item was not received by USPS until yesterday after 3 and they managed to get it to me the next day. The fact is they use a cut rate shipping company to ship their items then blame the delay in everybody but themselves. So if you need it any reasonable amount of time stead clear of this particular company.

Mine came in two separate pieces and did not look like what was in the picture. Overall cute just not what I thought it was going to look like

Although the picture has a white towel, there was an option of a black towel. I chose that. I never buy anything white, it not my color. Anyway, a white towel arrived, with white embroidered monogram. Which is of course useless as you can’t see it on the towel. I’ve tried to contact the seller with no response. I would never buy again from this person. Note to self....read reviews before purchasing next time.

Purchased 5/30, to be shipped by 6/8. Order status shows shipped 6/2 but tracking shows the carrier hasn’t even received the package yet and today is 6/19. Contacted seller and awaiting response.

The blanket I received was perfect. It looks exactly like the photos. Very soft and simple. Perfect for a new baby gift.
