Was not thrilled with the quality and the color was too yellow for what I expected. Ended up putting it on the basement couch. Super bummed.

Quality matched price. Shipping took forever and arrived the day before Father’s Day and was ordered in May. I am still waiting on one more hammer that did not even make it before Father’s Day. So disappointed. Would not recommend.

Bought as a gift for my mom with her grandchildren’s names. She loves it so much she is going to frame it instead of using it as a pillow.

Unfortunately, this company is not reliable. I ordered several bigger items from Jane the same day and yet this is the only item that has yet to be received by me.! Like others have said...they continue to blame it on COVID delays...But it’s been a month with no shipping movement on tracking!!! I’ve contacted them twice and their response was simply a screen shot of what Tracking info I already knew. So don’t waste your time or money ordering!!! Obviously their shipping methods are completely wrong!

Although it took a long time to receive these they turned out really cute. I chose the Bunny design. The pillowcase is a nice soft fabric also.
**Edit to add- I did receive a response. But carrier has had package for 3 weeks with no movement. I understand delays. Hopefully, they haven't been lost. Ordered three weeks ago and tracking shows no progress. Contacted customer service last week and still no response. Excited for the product, but need an update please!!

Mine had a hole in the side seam of it upon arriving in the box. I had someone sew it and it has stayed closed, but shouldn't be the case with a new product.

I absolutely love these for gifts. I’ve given them for hostess gifts for showers. Some reviews mention that they are small, but for the price and the engraving, they are a perfect size for a gift.

Horrible customer service when the package was delayed. I understand with COVID there are delays, but I placed this order on Tuesday and then placed a 2nd order on Wednesday. I received the 2nd one I ordered the very next day a week after I ordered it. It took a month for me to get this one and when I asked them to send me another because it was a gift. There only response was a delay due to COVID. Crazy I placed a new order from Amazon from them this past Friday and got it Monday. I only did this through Amazon knowing I'd get my money back from Prime if they failed to have it delivered.
