My first tote bag and I love it, straps are a little short but love the design 😁

I ordered this product a month ago. The tracking link provided did not work that great. There was a delay due to covid. However I reached out to Qualtry & Jane and got a fast response including a new tracking link. It’s beautiful, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

This item supposedly shipped May 28th and I still have not received it! It’s a Father’s Day gift and was supposed to have been here by now. (June 16). Very disappointing!!

I'd like to give 5 stars because the product is great. However, I ordered April 30th and the item arrived June 15th. Tracking link didn't always update, customer service took a couple days to reply. I understand delays with Covid, but I ordered other items off Jane.com and they arrived in a quick time frame.

It took 4 weeks to get. I finally received it after a refund. That's why I give it an extra star. I didn't expect it to come in the mail.

I still have not received this item.

I never received my order. Trying to get answers from them resulted in them dismissing my questions about where my package was and telling me to just continue waiting (weeks after it was supposed to be delivered). They grudgingly refunded me after saying I “wouldn’t wait for parcel to arrive” instead of taking ownership of a mistake either on their part or the package simply getting lost in the mail. Terrible and rude customer service.

I have not gotten the item yet and it’s been a month. When I go to look at the tracking number, it lets me know that UPS doesn’t even have the package. Very frustrating.

Second on I have ordered. These are adorable. lettering on second ond seemed lighter than first though.

I ordered this in May. It’s June 15th and I still haven’t received it. I understand personalized items take longer but it was shipped weeks ago and still I have nothing. I reached out to the seller to get a tracking number and it’s still not even showing in route. :(((((

I didn't realize that this was just printed directly onto the shirt. It thought there would be some sort of texture. This being said, the printing was not super sharp. The edges of the lettering feathered/bled into the plain part of the t-shirt. I purchased this for my dad to work in outside so I won't return it but if I had purchased for other reasons I would definitely return.
