The item came in broken due to terrible packaging; also they did not include the markers so if it was not broken the whole idea of coloring the mug was out the window.

Took for ever to shop. Than the letter G was not completely covered. Parts of the pillow color was in middle of G

Can barely make out the name on the black mug.
