Love this pillow! I ordered it as a gift and it arrived with a stain on it because the packaging was damaged during shipment. Customer service was wonderful and replaced the item quickly. I will be recommending them to my friends!

Would love to give a rating but I have not received the product yet even a month after ordering. It would be nice for seller to advertise a potential delay in shipping so I don't expect to receive my product in the time frame on the listing. Was expecting to have my product June 26th as advertised but its a week into July and apparently my product has been sitting in the same state since June 22 with no movement.

Cute. Read material before purchasing. The recipient loved it but it was a bit rough for my own taste.
