I love it but it arrived broken. I have contacted Jane to see what can be done. I would say better packaging is needed. Update. Was just contacted by the seller and they are sending me a new glass panel.

I would leave no stars if I could. I placed the order for this purse over a month ago and have sent 2 emails asking where it is. Says it shipped almost a month ago and still nothing. No response both times. I will be getting a refund for this order.

So cute! I will order more if they become available again.

The product was not good. Looked like a kindergarten made it. Very unhappy with the look of the product.

Tightening belt covers part of phone number. Otherwise i like it a lot.

The glass in the lantern was smashed to pieces when it arrived. Unfortunate because it would’ve been cute otherwise...

Working with Qualtry's customer service was frustrating. My first package was lost and they had to replace it but they could not give me a date for shipping the new item or any updated information. It started to come off like they were just trying to scam me and they would not return some of my emails until I got Jane.com involved even then, the company was very vague. I understand covid complicates things but every other company I have ordered from has been very professional. The tracking formation they give is not correct because they use a 3rd party shipping company so the USPS tracking number is only valid the last day of the package's journey - and even when they did give me the 3rd party's tracking information, that company does not update frequently either. It took a total of 2 months to get my purchase. I was not impressed with what I received either which made the entire situation even more frustrating. It is an extremely thin/cheap canvas (I can see through the fabric without holding it up to the light). I don't think I would be able to put very much in it without the handles ripping. The printing quality itself is also not well done. Some of the ink on the letters are "chipped". The word "super" is a might lighter pink than the picture shows and it's a bit hard to make out/not noticeable. My name is in much smaller letters and looks very awkward. The text as a whole is also slightly crooked, like they didn't line it up correctly before printing it. The "cute" watercolor splatter that looks bold and purposeful in the picture looks muted in many places, like I just spilled something today on it by accident. Overall, the bag looks very cheap. I truly regret not asking for a refund when they offered it to me instead of saying they could ship me a new product. I highly doubt I'll use this and it was certainly not worth the money. I do not every plan to buy from this company again.
