The uv function never responds to pushing the button. Only the wireless charging function works.

Uv light doesnt work, only charging station part works. Waste of money

I have received the product, sent it to my senior mother as a gift. It doesn't work at all. She sent it back to me. I thought maybe she just didn't understand how to work it. But it doesn't even light up or have any functionality at all. I contacted the seller and have had very little resolve. I wouldn't buy this again. Wasted my money on a product that doesn't work and a seller that has no motivation to resolve the issue. I would definitely give a higher rating of 4 or 5 with a refund or a working product. I get that faulty products happen. Very disappointed.

Doesn't work The UV lights never come on

Had a hard time working with vendor. I had to get Jane customer service involved twice! They almost got away with the return of my purchase with no refund to me!!!!

This was the biggest piece of crap. It didn't work AT ALL. I contacted customer service to inform them and it took almost a full month for them to finally acknowledge my email and tell me they would send a replacement. I responded with letting them know I didn't want a replacement, and asked them for a label to send it back so I could get a refund, and then of course they never responded again. I imagine they've been inundated with other unhappy customers wanting refunds.

Light does not come on, how do I return it?

This product does not fit all smart phones. I got this for many members of the family and it only fit one phone

Unsure what to think

You must place the phone in a very VERY specific spot in order to get it to charge, so I have yet to get it to charge easily. Otherwise, it seems to work well.

I'm not sure about functionality as this is a gift, but it was packaged well and shipped out fast.

So far, so good..haven't yet used the charging part ..because I am not certain if it will charge a galaxy SamsungJ 7. I was very pleased with the shipping times ..it came very quickly after I ordered. Thank you, Jane !

I've just received this and have been cleaning my phone, and remote controls. It's going to be very handy.
