Purchased 4 of these for a $127.00 on December 1sr for Christmas gifts, didn't receive until December 30th. And here's the best part, None of them work. Don't buy this product from this seller.

This product is cheap

I'm so impressed with these socks Warm but not hot A lot of pairs for the price

It works and actually helps with sore muscles but it is small and doesn't fit on anyone that might have a thick neck.

After the first day it stopped charging my phone and just charges my watch.

Vibrant colors and comfortable

Received shipping update on 12/14 and radio silence since then with no product in hand. USPS hasn't been updated since 12/15 and seller has yet to respond to request of what to do next. Missed Christmas as present and now just hope we either receive the items or our money back.

Thermometers do not beep and take long time to get temperature reading

The customer service on this product has been a horrible experience. I bought this as a Christmas gift and needed to return this product. It's actually a very scary and badly designed product. I emailed them the day after Christmas and they stated that they couldn’t return it because of their 14 day return policy which is not a great policy being that you have to order it and have it delivered by Christmas. They have declined to respond to me. I strongly urge you NOT to oder this product as their customer service is not great as well as the scary product.

Did not charge our devices. Took over an hour just to get 1%.

This product does not fit all smart phones. I got this for many members of the family and it only fit one phone

My item showed up broken I sent a email asking for a replacement or refund I've heard nothing.

Bought this for my granddaughter who is away at college. She does not have a garage, so she has to park out in the elements. This has kept her from scraping ice off of her windshield on many mornings.
