This does not work even after charging it. Which was very difficult because the hole to charge it is not located properly to fit the charging cord.
This is like a shock collar. Painful, electric shocks zapped my neck when I tried it for the first time. Nothing "massaging" about it. Flimsy controls, overall very cheaply made. Beware- seller never responded!! I had to go through Jane to get a refund, which thankfully they provided!
Does not work consistently......and is actually painful. Just 2 locations on the back of the neck that does not feel like a massage at all, more like you are being shocked!!!! Giving it one star just because the warmth feels good, but most def not worth the money....very disappointing.
A little small for my rav4 but does the job.

Instructions were very poor. Booklet started in Chinese. But when got to English they were poor and basically not helpful at all. Poor explanation on how to use this item or how it worked. I'm going to keep at it but would recommend to anyone really.
I still have not received this item, I will update this review as soon as I do. This is a Christmas present for my son so I'm hoping it comes soon.
Looks like great quality socks. Bought for my son and son-in-law. I am sure the socks will keep their feet warm through the winter months.
I have ordered these 3 times! Twice for me and gave the rest as gift They are the most comfy socks and wash up great!
I cannot get it to work and the seller did not respond.
The charging plug does not fit into the port on the item, AND one must discover the port on their own. The instructions are completely confusing. I am elderly and thought that this item would be perfect for my cervical arthritis pain. The "SELLER" can not be reached. If fact, IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I wrote "JANE" and told them that I was sending it back today, but might have to wait until tomorrow. This item is cheaply made and not nearly worth the aggravation it caused to my emotional and physical abilities to get it working. Should I not receive a full refund, I will be contacting NYS Office of Attorney General, as well as the Better Business Bureau, advised by many. "JANE" was kind enough to immediately respond to my email to them, and suggested that I get in touch with them IF I do not hear from the "SELLER." As of this writing I have not, and will contact JANE again for further instructions. Do not waste your valuable TIME nor money. Marquee Innovations is the seller. STAY AWAY!
