At first I thought it didn't work because it wasn't massaging. Then I noticed the two metal pieces warming up and just slightly pulsating. I assumed this was the massaging part and not the silicone pieces on the sides (which do nothing). It shouldn't be described as what we would know as a typical massager. It basically warms the back of the neck. Wouldn't recommend. Would've rather had a neck massager. It is a bit small for an adult neck.

These are good socks, but would not say they are THERMAL for warmth.

This is very comfortable but offers very little support. I wear a 40D and got an XL I think. Great for just wearing around the house or running errands, would not recommend for vigorous exercise.

The socks sent are not what I purchased at all. Completely wrong colors.

No responsefinally lly contacted Jane customer support for assista and only then did and the se lly res ded and oeed to send a replace, which I never received I emailed Jane support again, and Jane issued my refund Hoping they remove this seller from Jane ment

Not as advertised.. It doesn't massage it lightly shocks you! The worst feeling ever!

Cannot get to work properly. Not as expected

Purchased 4 of these for a $127.00 on December 1sr for Christmas gifts, didn't receive until December 30th. And here's the best part, None of them work. Don't buy this product from this seller.
