The plug wouldn't fit in the charging spot due to the plastic
It works and actually helps with sore muscles but it is small and doesn't fit on anyone that might have a thick neck.
I ordered this product on Dec. 8, 2021, emailed them 3 times and they never responded. Tracking shows they just shipped this CHRISTMAS present Dec. 21st so it wont arrive until the week after Christmas. Terrible! Wont order from them again!

💯 failure Put it on my windshield last night because of the freezing temps. The wind had blown it completely down and my windshield was completely frozen..
Does not fit my windshield. I have a small subaru, you you think it would fit. I contacted the seller to send it back but have not heard anything from them.
I ordered this on November 7th and have not received it. It's November 19th.
Looks like it came from the dollar store. Cheap material and over priced.
