Received it and it doesn't work
I was so excited about this portable massager I received it, and wanted to use it right away It wouldn't turn on, so I charged the battery until the red light went off and the massager still wouldn't work I've sent an email to return the device and get a refund So disappointed
Just not what I thought it would be being a massager Nothing moves, almost just shocks you
I wouldn't give it one star but it wouldn't let me submit till I did
The charging plug does not fit into the port on the item, AND one must discover the port on their own. The instructions are completely confusing. I am elderly and thought that this item would be perfect for my cervical arthritis pain. The "SELLER" can not be reached. If fact, IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I wrote "JANE" and told them that I was sending it back today, but might have to wait until tomorrow. This item is cheaply made and not nearly worth the aggravation it caused to my emotional and physical abilities to get it working. Should I not receive a full refund, I will be contacting NYS Office of Attorney General, as well as the Better Business Bureau, advised by many. "JANE" was kind enough to immediately respond to my email to them, and suggested that I get in touch with them IF I do not hear from the "SELLER." As of this writing I have not, and will contact JANE again for further instructions. Do not waste your valuable TIME nor money. Marquee Innovations is the seller. STAY AWAY!
I cannot get it to work and the seller did not respond.
Does not work consistently......and is actually painful. Just 2 locations on the back of the neck that does not feel like a massage at all, more like you are being shocked!!!! Giving it one star just because the warmth feels good, but most def not worth the money....very disappointing.
This is like a shock collar. Painful, electric shocks zapped my neck when I tried it for the first time. Nothing "massaging" about it. Flimsy controls, overall very cheaply made. Beware- seller never responded!! I had to go through Jane to get a refund, which thankfully they provided!
This does not work even after charging it. Which was very difficult because the hole to charge it is not located properly to fit the charging cord.
Heat doesn't work and it's pulses are very weak.
Terrible product unless you want to wear it as a shock collar
Horrible product Bought two One for myself and one as a gift Thankfully I have not given it to the person yet because after "charging" mine and realizing it doesn't work I decided to check the other one and discovered that one doesn't work either
The customer service on this product has been a horrible experience. I bought this as a Christmas gift and needed to return this product. It's actually a very scary and badly designed product. I emailed them the day after Christmas and they stated that they couldn’t return it because of their 14 day return policy which is not a great policy being that you have to order it and have it delivered by Christmas. They have declined to respond to me. I strongly urge you NOT to oder this product as their customer service is not great as well as the scary product.
Purchased 4 of these for a $127.00 on December 1sr for Christmas gifts, didn't receive until December 30th. And here's the best part, None of them work. Don't buy this product from this seller.
Not as advertised.. It doesn't massage it lightly shocks you! The worst feeling ever!
This was of poor quality. Very cheaply made. It did nothing for me and when I contacted seller the response was just what was in the instructions. They were marked out in a sharpie. I requested a refund several times and never heard back from her seller. This was my first experience with a purchase on Jane that I was disatisfied. This was not a cheap purchase and now I'm stuck with it in the box collecting dust. Very unhappy with the customer service I was given.
I cannot get it to work and I cannot get a response from customer service after emailing twice so I am returning it.
Instructions were very poor. Booklet started in Chinese. But when got to English they were poor and basically not helpful at all. Poor explanation on how to use this item or how it worked. I'm going to keep at it but would recommend to anyone really.
At first I thought it didn't work because it wasn't massaging. Then I noticed the two metal pieces warming up and just slightly pulsating. I assumed this was the massaging part and not the silicone pieces on the sides (which do nothing). It shouldn't be described as what we would know as a typical massager. It basically warms the back of the neck. Wouldn't recommend. Would've rather had a neck massager. It is a bit small for an adult neck.
It doesn't work that great I'm sorry. :(
