I bought this item over two weeks ago and it says my order is still processing, so it hasn't even shipped yet. I want my money back honestly

I bought the navy blue flower succulent earrings. It is perfect and lightweight to wear with my everyday casual outfits!
Love them! Very cute
Shipping was great, however the sleeves are incredibly short. I’m 5’7 and typically wear a size small. I ordered a size medium and the sleeves don’t even reach my wrists. Also very itchy material. Cute colors, great shipping, but overall disappointed.
