Seller packed into a mesh bag into a small thin bag, it was completely destroyed when it finally came to me. Seller should use a jewelry box to insure product gets to the consumer in one piece. I was looking forward to this bracelet, but refunded

This company sent the wrong item. I emailed twice to get the correct item. No response. Jane.com reached out. Twice. Again, no response. I hope Jane stops giving them a platform for their items. I went to their Facebook page and saw many similar issues with other customers. Terrible business!

Do not buy ladies - terrible quality, not as pictured and looks cheap. I want a refund and I feel I should not have to pay for return shipping.

Plastic beads … cheap! These are the type of cheap jewelry thrown out at parades. Disappointing!

Bracelets are already losing color after 2 wears and minimal sweating, left my entire wrist green.

They don't really look like the picture, no real difference between the layers.
