Ive ordered this over 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped. Ive contacted the seller twice and have not heard anything back from them. I would like a refund.

Haven't received, ordered in October. I have emailed 3 different times and haven't heard anything back. Was supposed to go with a gift for my best friends birthday.

These look even cuter in person and the packaging was lovely!

This was a cheaper quality than I was expecting. The chain was a shiny gold which was not obvious in the photo. The charm was a pretty unpolished gold, and I assumed the chain would match. I tried twice to reach out to the seller to make a return but got no response. That was disappointing. I ended up eating the cost, removed the charm, and discarded the chain. Maybe I can repurpose the cross charm.

so cute and came in a great box to wrap easily for a gift.

Thankfully, I opened the package before giving this to my granddaughter. One of the four bracelets, the one in the photo nearest the hand is broken. The lobster claw closure is loose, detached. Also, it was then put back together but wrong. There are two things wrong with it. The broken/detached piece is included. Second, since the bracelet is permanently closed, tiny and not elastic, it is impossible to put on. So, the bracelet is wired closed with the extra chain which would make it large enough hanging past the closure. The other three look fine; have not tried them on.
