I still cannot receive my order! Contacted the seller twice and haven’t had any response! Do no recommend ordering from this seller!

I ordered on Oct 28 and still have not received my order Emailed seller and have not received a response

I'm sure item would have been cute but I never received them. Attempts were made to reach the seller. Refund was issued after contacting customer service

*Edit* Almost a month later, I finally got the earrings today (11/26/21). I never got another email response from them after the first one. The size of the earrings are just right. I never received these earrings. I emailed on 11/8 and received a message that day saying they’d be shipped out later that day or the next day. I emailed them again on 11/12 because they still hadn’t shipped. I didn’t get a response. I emailed them yet again on 11/18 asking for a refund. Again, I didn’t get a response. Needs less to say they are still “PROCESSING” and I doubt I ever get a refund. I will not be ordering from Kate Tuesday again.

Have not got my product and contact seller twice with no response. Update- finally received my order 3 weeks late and seller responded to email a month later. Pink earrings do not look anything like pic.
