Ordered black and white with silver backing and got rose gold...reached out to seller and not sure if getting replacement or not as after their response of what I would like to do no response as to what they were going to do.

They are extremely heavy and super chunky

Seller sent me the wrong item. It was a different item/style. They never responded to my emails. I had to reach Jane Customer Service. They responded quickly to them, and issued a refund.

These earrings feel very cheaply made and my ears had a reaction after wearing them.
