Have not received my order when it was placed back on September 22nd. I'vn sent two emails and haven't received a response. Requested a refund and still waiting. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this shop.
Worse buying experience ever!!!! Came after Halloween. Do not ever buy from this seller!
Ordered back on 10/2 and my shirt has been sitting in MA since 10/14. Seller didn't respond to email until I got Jane involved two weeks ago. USPS isn’t that slow even with ground shipping!
I did not receive the shirt I ordered at the beginning of October. I have contacted the seller twice to ask for their help tracking down my shirt. I have not received any follow up communication from them. I will not be using this seller for future orders.
The item itself is great, super cute and comfortable. My bad review is for the company. I ordered this the very beginning of October and I just got it today at the beginning of November. I reached out to the company twice and never received a response from them. The only time any action seemed to happen was after I reached out to the customer service from Jane.
I have yet to receive my order. Says it was shippeSeptember 3rd. I have tried to reach out to seller with no response.
Never received my shirt. Says package “shipped” on September 30, yet when trying to track is never shows it moving or leaving after the label had been made. Attempted to contact seller and no response.
Unfortunately I did not receive as they were lost. Received refund very quickly.

Haven't received my t-shirt yet and it's Nov 5th. Have attempted to contact the seller via email with no return response. I was so excited about this t-shirt for Halloween, but come Nov 5th, the excitement is gone
Never received order, never a response from the seller after several attempts.
I like the shirt, but it took over a month to get to me. Received after Halloween so pretty much have to wait until next year to wear it. And when I reached out to the seller, I never got a reply back. The shirt just randomly showed up. So shirt was 4 star but experience dropped it to a 2/5.
I never received my order I wanted an extra week after it said it shipped before reaching out I emailed 3 separate times and never got a response I understand if it was the post office's fault so it wasn't their fault, but at least respond to a container's email ya know? Terrible costumer service
Do not order from this company! Ordered on 9/24, finally got my shirt on 11/3. Sent several emails to the company, and they would not respond until Jane got involved.
Ordered these sweatshirts September 24th for Halloween. We FINALLY received them yesterday, November 3rd. Emailed them several times and never got one reply. I will never order from them ever again.

Sweatshirt was never shipped. Contacted seller and did not get a response. I had to go through Jane to a get response (after my initial outreach to seller).
