Unfortunately I couldn’t leave the stars blank and had to have one filled. Don’t order from this company. Love Jane.com but this company… nope. I waited over a month for a Halloween sweatshirt that appeared to be in transit 10/14. It didn’t arrive until 11/15 and the company is refusing to refund because somehow this is a custom design. Checkout the kind people on Etsy. You’ll be surprised to find the same ‘custom’ design from various sellers with positive reviews that back it up. Looking forward to my next order from Jane.com! Just never, ever, again from this ‘company’ (?) called Johnny Threads.

Ordered in September and didn’t get until mid November. No contact from seller and quality was subpar to say the least.

TOOK FOREVERRRRRRR to arrive. I ordered on 10/1 and rec'd in November (AFTER HALLOWEEN which is what I intended to wear it for.) Would NOT recommend this business due to delivery problems.

Arrived after Halloween but I still love it!

The sizing and print were perfect! The time is took to get here was not. I waited over a month to receive my sweatshirt and emailed the seller twice with no response. Although the item is great I would not recommend buying from this seller.

I ordered on 09/09 and received 11/10. TWO WHOLE MONTHS! And after Halloween was already over. My little girls were so disappointed.

Like many others, ordered on September 26th and never received. Contacted seller with a copy to Jane customer support to request a refund (which was issued), seller claimed USPS "lost the order".

Very good quality shirts! Sizing was accurate too. Took a bit to get to me but still got it on time for Halloween.

I left a 1 star review because it took over 5 weeks to receive my shirt and it wasn't the shirt I ordered.
