This order took over a month to arrive. No response back from seller when contacted.

Took over a month to get. does me no good now Halloween is over

I ordered a Halloween shirt back in mid- September for an October 5th ship date. It's now November 8th and the shirt hasn't moved from MA hub in weeks.

Shipping took forever! We didn't get it until a week after Halloween.

Ordered October 12, received November 8. AFTER HALLOWEEN

I ordered 2 Halloween shirts that were to be shipped 10/4/21. I contacted seller twice so check on shipping and no reply, I my second contact I asked to refund and cancel my order as they wouldn’t get here for Halloween . I contacted Jane in early November and they included seller again on email and the seller finally replied and I received the shirts 11/6/21. What am I going to do with a kids Halloween shirt she probably won’t fit in to next year. Seller just kept saying thanks for your patience. Wouldn’t recommend this seller.

What the heck...so many people, me included, did not receive their order. No contact from the seller after 2 attempts to contact.

Worth the wait!

It’s just a Hanes sweatshirt with a crappy screen print that is coming off. It took weeks to get here, came after Halloween, and nobody from Johnny Threads would get back to me. I got an XL and it’s HUGE. Would not recommend.

Ordered it two months before Halloween. Got it November 4th. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love this sweat shirt! I actually bought two different ones, each had a different graphic. I got a L and an XL. I like mine bigger. My mom could wear the one she liked. Plus I always get bigger in case of shrinking. These did not shrink! Awesome product. Thank you!

Have not received my order when it was placed back on September 22nd. I'vn sent two emails and haven't received a response. Requested a refund and still waiting. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this shop.

Worse buying experience ever!!!! Came after Halloween. Do not ever buy from this seller!

Ordered back on 10/2 and my shirt has been sitting in MA since 10/14. Seller didn't respond to email until I got Jane involved two weeks ago. USPS isn’t that slow even with ground shipping!
