I order two shirts on 9/24. I did not receive items until 11/3, after Halloween. Very disappointed and will not be using this seller again.

Never received and have had no response from seller

Never received my sweatshirt and couldn’t get a response from the seller it will be a month since it said product shipped and tracking states it is still in Massachusetts First time having trouble with a Jane seller

If I could leave no stars I would! I ordered my Halloween shirt on October 1st and here we are 11/3 and still no shirt. Received a bogus excuse that the post office is holding it up. I contacted usps and they show it delivered in Massachusetts im in Texas!! Jane.com shouldn't allow them to sell on their website. Just give me my money back!

Update: received!! Just as wonderful as all the other products I have ordered and received from this shop. Still have not received. No word back from the seller either

I never received my shirt! Says it was mailed early October. I know that’s not the sellers fault if it’s stuck somewhere but I’ve tried to contact the seller twice and received no response.

I never received my shirt that supposedly shipped October 5th. Messaged the seller and never got a response. This is a scam.

4 weeks later and never received shirt. I reached out to seller and never received a response. Do not recommend buying anything from this seller.

I contacted the seller several times. No response. Order never arrived. I was really wanting to wear this for Halloween. Poor customer service, would not recommend ordering from this company!

I never got this product. I have contacted seller 3 times with no response and contacted USPS and they have stated they haven't even received the package yet. I wanted it for Halloween so all I want is my money back.
