The sweatshirt arrived with part of the K missing, and white fuzzies all over it. The seller does not reply had to go through my cc company for refund. Buyer beware when buying from this seller.

The incorrect product was shipped in my order (wrong color and message) - not a huge deal. However, I have received no response back from the shop as to how to correct the issue. Very disappointing.

I'm in love with this hoodie already! It is SO comfortable and soft, and it creates the perfect mix of not feeling too bulky, but being significantly warm. The inside is lined with a light fleece that doesn't shed, and while I usually wear a small sized tshirt, the medium size of this product is that perfect "moderately oversized" feel (for my body) that I know many of us love in a hoodie (no matter what our size!). I definitely recommend this purchase. It did take a while to ship, but I wasn't in a hurry.

Shipping took another two weeks after the expected shopping date! I tried to contact the seller myself and never got a response and then had to contact Jane.com and then still never got a response from the vender.

This order was not shipped until 23 days after the order was placed. This was after two unsuccessful attempts to reach the seller and a very unhelpful communication with Jane. I will never shop through this company again. They refused to refund my purchase and made me wait another 2 business days which surprisingly the order was suddenly shipped with still no email from the seller or even an apology for the lack of communication.

Love it! Runs a little large but I'd rather it be looser than tighter.

I haven't received it yet, ordered back in October. I have tried to contact seller twice, haven't heard anything back. Very disappointed!! Won't order from this seller again! *Still no response..Now Dec 7, emailed again, no response. Jane has tried to contact them as well. Wish I could give ZERO stars!! ☹️ * Now after Christmas. Now many emails from myself and Jane.com without response, Jane.com issued me a refund. Very disappointed was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I never received the correct size or a response from this seller. Jane.com refunded my money for the shirt.
