Shipped later than estimated, and took about a month to receive, but very cute hat! The design/sewing is high quality for the price.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I placed my order on Oct. 7th and my order was supposed to ship out by Oct 22nd, but it did not. One week after it was supposed to ship out, I contacted them regarding my order and received NO response. After a couple attempts to contact them, I had to reach out to Jane due to the fact this company was not responding to my emails. Once Jane contacted them, I received a follow up email saying they would ship it out in an additional 3 Days. Rather than shipping it out ASAP or offering me some sort of credit, I had to wait even longer for them to ship my product. Even after the fact, they shipped it out a day later than they said they would. Horrible customer service. I didn’t receive my product from them until November. Extremely disappointed.
