REally nice :)

I am leaving two stars because I ordered this shirt October 12th and did not receive it until yesterday. I would assume a product like this would be ready for shipment considering it isn’t really personalized. I received other orders I had purchased and did not have anything on this one. I waited a little longer and decided to contact the seller and received zero response. After that, I decided to contact Jane support after settling with the seller was not an option. I requested a cancellation and a refund. They asked for my order number and tagged the seller in a following email where they had a couple of days to respond or I would receive a refund. No response but surprisingly my order ships. Imagine that. I hate having to come to these terms to get something I ordered but as a business, they should have better management of their product and better customer service. Along with that, I ordered a shirt with black sleeves and they look more dark/charcoal grey than black. For those who have not received their order, contact Jane support. I’m glad I did or I would probably still be waiting.

Cute but shipping took forever!

I ordered a small on 10/26. I received the order today (11/21) after having to contact the shop owner (who never responded) as well as Jane.com. Once I reached out to Jane, the order was finally sent. However, when I received it they sent me a large instead of the small that I ordered. I have once again reached out to the shop as well as Jane.com.
