They do run big. Blue seemed a bit lighter not as deep in picture than what arrived. Still pretty though

Expected ship date was November 11th. Still says processing. I haven't received it yet. Submitted two emails to seller and no response back.

I tried to reach out to the seller to see about getting a smaller size. Seller never responded.

Going through other reviews by this seller, many people had the same issue as myself. The order did not ship when it was supposed to, tried to get in contact of seller multiple times but no response. I actually had to get in contact through “Jane” to actually get things moving. From there the order shipped in two days, but the seller did not contact to apologize for poor customer service. Will never order from them again, but really appreciate how Jane.com customer service got back to me so fast. Sad to read other reviews so similar to myself!

Monogram was wrong. Order slip says KCJ but the jacket has a G instead of J. Not too happy about this considering it took forever to ship and get here.
