Smaller than I thought, but Grandpa loved his father's day gift.

I ordered this on May 20th - today is June 23rd. The item still hasn't shipped. The item was marketed as a Father's Day gift, yet the item didn't arrive in time to be given as such.

Would give zero if possible. Never received the order. This was suppose to be a Father’s Day gift for my dad. It was ordered way back on May 20th with an advertised shipping date of June 3rd. I emailed asking for an update on June 10th. I then received a reply that it would be here in plenty of time. Father’s Day June 21st came and went without it being shipped. I’m sure to you this was just one little order, but for me it was suppose to be a heartfelt gift for my dad recovering from cancer. I had to improvise at the last minute due to broken “guarantees”.

This item turned out really nice, however it took way longer and 2 emails later to even receive it. It was a real bummer because I planned accordingly as a gift for someone. If you have a month to wait, it's nice.

Arrived early!

These turned out amazing!! And the men in my life were thrilled!

I wasn't super thrilled that it arrived late, but know times have made things slower for alot of people. I wasn't thrilled with the scoop only because I thought it would say papa loves ice cream since I picked that design but I contacted them to discuss how it was misleading and if they could word their description better and they offered to send me another personalized how I expected it to come. I appreciate their quick response and I'm grateful for how nice they were to redo the product.

We ordered this EARLY, specifically for Father's Day and it never arrived. Still says "processing"

I love the idea... the glass was good quality - but the etching was thin and rough. Almost like you could cut yourself on the etching.

Fathers day is past and I still have not received this item. I ordered it on 5/20/20. Would love to know if I am still going to receive this item

If I could I would leave zero stars. Shipper GUARANTEED arrival prior to Father’s Day but of course here we are with nothing. I placed this order in May, was told it was ship June 3rd and arrive in PLENTY of time for Father’s Day. Contacted the seller and they blamed COVID. Since none of us were unaware of COVID, they shouldn’t be guaranteeing shipping or delivery dates. Incredibly disappointed.

NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND NO ONE IS RETURNING MY EMAILS! Beware of this shop!!

Still have not received and seller promised to have this by Father's Day (I ordered this over a month ago). I get COVID has made shipments tough on sellers, but don't promise something you can't guarantee.
