Nice glass. Was a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be.

I wouldn’t even give this one star but I have to. I ordered this product over a month ago for a Father’s Day present which was what it was advertised for, and I still haven’t received it. Father’s Day is tomorrow and It still hasn’t even shipped. I’ll never order from this company again!

Like many others, I ordered on May 18. Said it was shipped June 2... and still haven’t received. I can’t even get a response from the company. No item in my hand which means I deserve a refund!!

I ordered this 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I have received a response from their customer service offering a refund or discount on future purchase. Neither changes the fact that I don't have this item for Father's Day tomorrow. If they didn't have the stock to complete the order they shouldn't be selling.

Same story as so many other reviews from this deal run... ordered May 18th only to have the label printed so it would appear it shipped so Jane wouldn't catch it...and here we are the day before Father's Day with no gift. It appears a handful of people got their order, so to me that says they had a few in stock, added inventory to the deal to capture all demand the rest of us were showing, then couldn't get the product they oversold. Really bummed and frustrated at the total dishonesty and lack of ethics this company showed, and that they didn't have the courtesy to at least send out an email letting us all know our gifts wouldn't be showing up. Will NEVER buy from this company again, no matter how cute their stuff is.

Was supposed to ship June 12th. Today is June 20th and still has not shipped. I have emailed and have not gotten a response. Just have respect for your customers and let them know their items are delayed.

As other reviews! I ordered almost a month ago, and shipping label has been made to ensure cancellation cannot be initiated. Would not recommend this product or seller!!

Engraving is difficult to read and does not say what I asked for. The scoop is poor quality and arrived with chips/scratches along the edges. Definitely not worth the price.

Never even got it

I did not get the product I ordered. I ordered the gray option with word Dad’s stuff and got the black option with personalization of TG’s stuff.

I ordered this over a month by ago for Fathers Day (which is tomorrow) and still have not received it. I emailed the company and have heard nothing from them.

I placed an order for a Father’s Day Ice Cream Scoop on May 19. When I noticed that our item hadn’t shipped yet by June 10, I reached out and on June 11 the company GUARANTEED delivery by Father’s Day. It is now the day before Father’s Day and it still has not shipped. The company is assuring me that this is not a reflection of how they run their business, but I beg to differ. You don’t make false promises. Further, not only did they fail to follow through on their guarantee, they never let me know that our item wasn’t even going to be created (yet alone shipped) by the time we were guaranteed to have it delivered, so here we sit with no Father’s Day gift for my Father-in-law. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company and would recommend avoiding them at all costs. They have never admitted to any fault of their own or offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Ordered end of May for Fathers Day as advertised. Sellers says they don’t have them in because of supplier. I thought it was Janes policy to have product in before placing for sale on Jane. Very disappointed that I don’t have my Father’s Day gift.

The cup was exactly what I was expecting it to be!
