Ordered on May 20th and still haven’t received. I reached out to the company last week to understand why a shipping label was printed on June 3rd and they responded to let me know that product was coming in last week (6/8) and will be shipped out same day. They also said that they updated shipping info on Jane but that was false. I understand there are a lot of shipping delays and whatnot with COVID, but I think it’s just poor practice to sell something you don’t have on hand. Especially when it’s a gift for a static holiday.
Still not received two weeks after anticipated shipping. Upon reaching out to seller a week ago, was promised it would be here “well before” Father’s Day (6/21). Now here on 6/17 and still no product...
Well, this was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift as it was advertised, but like everyone else who ordered I have yet to receive it. Still says it’s processing after ordering on May 20. It would be a miracle if it got here in time.
Received refund. Issues with shipment in time for Father’s Day due to COVID. Disappointed it company was quick to respond and give a refund.
This item was supposed to ship by June 3. This company printed shipping labels that day, so it would look like they had shipped. I emailed them and called them out. They claimed I would have this product this week, but my item is still sitting in their facility. I am disappointed in the company. They have lied about shipping, and it is not acceptable.
I understand there was a Covid 19 delay in shipment.. I am a very understanding customer as I’ve worked in customer service and customers can be tough! But why wasn’t this told to all customers who ordered these so we could make other gift arrangements? I had to e-mail their customer service to get the memo. Also, why on there Etsy shop have customers received there scoops, and not on Jane? If Etchey would have been forthcoming with their shipping delay, I would not have hesitated to give a better rating. It just comes down to how they went about it.
I have still yet to receive this product and am becoming very ill with the company. I have emailed them twice and the first response was false information.
This item should have shipped already as it stated it would have when I purchased (Supposed to ship June 3). I keep checking and it still has not shipped. It’s supposed to be a Father’s Day gift. Very disappointed!!!

Ordered on May 20th with an estimated ship date of June 3rd like many others wrote in the reviews already. So much for a Father’s Day gift and I’m not really happy with the fact they printed the shipping label on the estimated date so we could not cancel the order.
Funny gift, can’t wait to give it to my husband.
The item never shipped, no response ever after sending seller several emails. Do not order from them!!!!!!! Update: contacted Jane about this seller never shipping the item and not responding to me. And I got a refund. I suggest you all do the same! 👍🏻🙌🏻
