This was the perfect Father’s Day gift! The etching was perfect. Shipping did take a while. So, plan accordingly.
I never received my item- even after emailing when my item hadn’t shipped by the shipment date. It’s a week after Father’s Day and I still don’t have my gift for my dad.
I am with everyone else. I ordered this product nearly a month ago and it it hasn't shipped yet.
Probably the best gift I have bought in years for my husband!
I had to update my review with that I contacted Jane directly, not the seller, and requested a refund. I got a response back quickly and was refunded within a day! Great customer service on Jane’s part. I’m with the majority here that it was ordered early for Father’s Day and it has yet to come, let alone say that it’s been shipped. Lesson learned here that we can’t trust a “guaranteed in time” during a pandemic, and hopefully the company has learned a lesson too on customer service.
Wonderful! The kids and I picked four and personalized one of these for my husband for Fathers Day. It came out so beautiful. It is engraved into the cup itself so it’ll last forever. It is recommend hand wash only which is normal and not a problem. This was an amazing gift that made Father’s Day extra special! It is high quality and beautiful!
Ordered this product well over a month ago for FATHERS DAY and it still hasn’t even shipped. Real embarrassing to go to Father’s Day and not have the gift for your father in law. I expect to still receive my product and it be done CORRECTLY since I told my FIL he has something ordered but I DEMAND a refund for this product. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.

I have the same problem as everyone else. I ordered and never received the item. I've reached out multiple times with no response. Very disappointing and bad business practice.
I really don’t like to write bad reviews but I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered my scoop on 5/18 so plenty of time for it to get here before Father’s Day. It was supposed to ship on 6/3. I emailed the seller on 6/8 to see what the status was because it was still showing that it was processing. The seller was quick to respond and said it would ship that week and would for sure be here by Father’s Day. Today is now 6/23 and I still have not received my item and the seller has not tried to reach out with any update on my item. I understand things happen, but an item should not be guaranteed if you aren’t sure you can get it to your buyer in time. Also updating people on delays would be great. I unfortunately will not be buying from this company again.
