If I could leave 0 stars I would, because that’s how many ice cream scoops I’ve received. And how many responses I’ve gotten to my emails. I ordered the item more than a month before Father’s Day and it still hasn’t arrived and I can’t get ahold of the shop. Very disappointed, and very unprofessional. All they had to do was send out an update “hey the item you ordered that was clearly marketed for a Father’s Day gift isn’t going to make it.” I usually have positive experiences ordering through Jane but this one left me without a gift for my dad.

My husband uses it every day and LOVES it! Great product. Keeps drinks nice and cold.

Ordered May 18th, yet to arrive. It will be 6 weeks tomorrow and that is ample time to deliver this item, even in pandemic. This was a gift. I would have appreciated more notification of what was going on with my order. Then I would have been able to say I no longer want it since it was meant to be a Fathers Day Gift.

I still haven't received this... The order says it's in pre-shipping and has for like 3 weeks....

Great qualify and exactly as ordered!

I cringed even giving this product/seller a 1 star but 0 isn’t a choice. Absolutely not. I ordered this when the post was made (end of May). Label was “created” June 3rd and nothing since. I’ve emailed and no response. I think it’s extremely unfortunate sellers like this would even be part of this page. By the way- this is the first time I’ve ordered from this site and I won’t take the chance again. Funny how they can take your money and you don’t ever have to hear from them or get what you purchased. As if the world isn’t going through enough—- a personalized Father’s Day gift? It’s extremely unfortunate. (Yes, there was grace given and told myself “COVID” up until now after reading all the other reviews and seeing it’s the same story.)

Not happy with the quality. Feels very cheap. Shipping was terribly slow!

Etchey blamed their shipping delay on COVID. While this could be the case, either don’t offer the deal to the mass amount of shoppers on Jane or update your customers. I finally gave up & Jane refunded my order.

Did not get the item I ordered. It did not have the correct words on it. Took almost a month to get it.
