I did finally receive this product in July (ordered in May). The quality is as expected and I still plan to give this gift to my dad as a late Father's Day present. I am still not pleased at the way this company handled the delay, the lack of communication, or the fact that in the package they added a note asking to post a good review after this complete sh*tshow of an order. But overall, I'm excited to give this gift to my dad. If you are not in a time crunch, definitely order this product. It's decent quality and a perfect gift. If you need it within a month or 2, I suggest paying a bit more for a more professional seller on Etsy or elsewhere.

This was nice quality but some of our letters weren’t etched in as deep as the other letters so it looks like some letters are faded

Ordered this so that it could be delivered for Father’s Day.... it has still not been shipped out- I have emailed twice and they said it’s slow due to Covid and it should be sent out within the week... it has been several weeks now and still nothing. They were nice to say they would send me a refund- this is such a neat idea I dont want a refund but I would like the product shipped out like they said it was going to be

I purchased this product on May 18, 2020. It had an estimated shipping date of June 3, 2020.... I have emailed the seller with no responses, with any updates as to when I can expect this product. We’re now at July 1st, still waiting for either my product or a response from the seller. Talk about horrible customer service!

Very disappointed! I ordered this ice cream scoop May 18th and still Have not received it!! Today is July 1st!!! It was suppose to be a Father’s Day Gift I told my husband I had one last small fun gift but was waiting for it to come in he asked me last night if it came in yet so I checked the status and it still hasn’t even shipped. Beyond disappointed.

Order never shipped.

Ordered May 19. It is now June 30th. Still no ice cream scoop. Doesn’t even show that it has shipped, just that the company has created a label. My kids were very excited to give this to their dad on Father’s Day and it never came. Will not order anything from this shop again.

Been almost a month and have not received product or any information from seller.

The scoop never arrived. I contacted the seller and they apologized for missing Fathers Day (this was a Father’s Day ice cream scoop, after all), but no refund. Maybe one day we’ll be able to enjoy a bowl of ice cream and update this review.

Really nice cup, heavy duty. I ordered the red one, but it is a much darker red than shown in the pictures. It’s more like a crimson or cardinal red, almost maroon, not bright red as shown, so I was disappointed upon arrival. But, I did give it 5 stars for product quality and personalization.
