Never received my product. They will not respond to emails. Do not order from them. Update: finally got the product, but they were kind enough to refund me too. Thanks!

Logo looks burnt onto the shirt. Bummed at the quality for sure!
I have yet to receive the product after placing the order on 4/13. The communication has been poor from Elle & Emmy. I am requesting a refund at this point.
Edited on 5/16 - Customer service reached out to me very apologetic on 5/8 and 5/13. I received the correct towel in the mail today. I am editing my review as they did correct the issue, which I am thankful for. I am still only giving three stars because I did not receive the correct item until more than six weeks after the date I ordered it. (Original review) - This towel is super cute. I ordered it on 4/1. The wrong item was delivered. I contacted customer service and was told they would send the correct item. We confirmed the item via email. Weeks went by and i hadn’t received any updates. I was finally told that my replacement had been shipped. The item arrived yesterday (5/1) and it was still wrong!

Beautiful color tee (sea mist), but very disappointed that it’s just a shirt with vinyl ironed on by a heat press. I could’ve done that myself with my activity machine and heat press. The other shirts I have received from other sellers are always screen printed.
